Originally from the south of England, Laura brings a wealth of experience as a yoga teacher and holistic therapist where she has gained deep understanding of balancing the body, mind and soul for optimal well-being. Laura’s journey through yoga has been transformative and deeply healing, sparking her passion for the practice. She aims to help others connect deeply to their own experience and discover new ways to feel empowered. Laura’s classes are fun and naturally flowing with offerings of creative exploration and inspiration, providing a balanced, grounded and holistic experience.

Max

Max has experienced the life changing benefits of yoga. He is passionate about leveraging the practice of yoga as a way to deep dive into the inner self. Max has a unique Yin Yang energy. He is teaching dynamic yet all levels classes featuring flowing sequences that strengthen the body, subtle themes to provide space to challenge the mind and breathwork to help create a moving meditation. He is also crafting deep relaxation Yin and Restorative classes that transcend time and space. You can expect to leave Max's classes feeling relaxed, empowered, positive and wanting to return.

Nathalie began her yoga journey over 20 years ago with a book and a desire to feel more at peace within herself. She has taken her teachings worldwide, running retreats, women's circles, and teacher training after many years in Vancouver, Canada as a full-time teacher. She incorporates the energy body, yogic philosophy, and astrology into classes for foundational movements that are empowered and calming. She offers personal and professional growth off the mat to help clients tap into their own timeless wisdom themselves. She currently offers Hatha classes at Shanti on Monday at 9:30 am, and is well known for her Vinyasa and power background.

Kylie is a Pilates & Yin Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and psychology enthusiast, driven by the mission is to help people feel more connected to themselves and their loved ones, even across distances. Kylie’s bubbly warmth incorporates strength and empowerment in Pilates, and then finds true balance, calm and presence through yin elements and somatic Breathwork sessions. Expect to leave feeling uplifted by her warmth and connected back to what truly matters - the present moment.

Rini finds her yoga practice as her source of peace to help her to be grounded and focus in life. Rini combines alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness to create a safe space for people of all levels to explore their practice. Flow with her in beautiful Vinyasa flow to cultivate balance, strength and inner peace.
