What time is the check in and check out?

The check in time is at 2 pm and the check out at 11 am, but don’t worry! We will not kick you out at 11 am, you can still choose to do more immersion activities on the property, like enjoying your lunch or taking part in practices in our Yoga Shala with an extra charge.

Is the food included in the price?

Yes, breakfast and lunch is included, because we like to spoil you like that! The dinner is not included, but you get 20% off any orders at Sunshine Kitchen.

Are the retreats available only for 3, 5 and 7 days?

We offer 3 packages of 3, 5 or 7 days, but you also have the choice to extend your stay based on availability because we know you won’t want to leave!. You can also book how many nights you want and build your own retreat package from the a la carte book with all of our immersion practices.

Do you have any refund policies?

Upon booking, we require a 40% non refundable deposit, as we encourage the commitment you make to yourself. You are allowed to change the date 1 time only for various reasons you might have. Please email us shantiboutiqueretreat@gmail.com for any changes. Please remember that any changes are subject to availability.

What kind of clothes & extra items do I have to bring?

We recommend you upon arriving to check the weather as Bali is a tropical island, we do sometimes have rainfalls. We recommend you bring a raincoat, light clothes for summer, your bathing suit, yoga clothes and your high vibes! We do not provide any medications, so please come prepared for your own personal needs.

Do you provide toiletries?

We provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash. For those nights when mosquitoes come out, we provide bug spray. But we don’t provide any sun screen, so we recommend you bring your own.

Is laundry service available?

We do not have on site laundry but we are happy to send it out for you!

Do I have to attend all the practices in the immersion?

No, you don’t have to. You can choose to show up in your time and space, because we want you to honour yourself. If you don’t show up for a practice that is included in your retreat you will not get a refund for it.

Is there any spa treatment included in the package?

Yes, a yummy 60 minute Balinese massage is included in the package, but if you desire more than that, our therapists are there to offer it to you for an extra charge.

Do you provide any pick ups?

Shanti Boutique Retreat provides free of charge pickups from anywhere you come- whether it is the airport or another hotel, we are happy to make sure you get there safely. We have drivers available to take you to your next destination when the retreat is complete with an additional charge.

What kind of food do you provide in the restaurant?

Sunshine Kitchen includes a variety of plant based, locally sourced high vibrational food. We can cater to everyone’s needs- meat-eaters, vegans, gluten-free. If you have a different kind of craving, we also offer playful foods to indulge that spicy side of you. Sunshine Kitchen is open from 7 am until 9 pm.

Do you allow pets on the property?

We do love the community animals that will be walking around the property, but unfortunately, we do not allow personal pets.

Can we bring our children on vacation with us?

As much as we love children, at this time Shanti Boutique Retreat is not equipped to accommodate children. We are open to receiving young adults above 14 years old.

Do you sell alcohol on the property?

Of course!

Does the room have coffee and tea?

Yes, we offer a beautiful selection of these delicious local products. In the rooms you will also be provided with a kettle and an elegant coffee press.

What are the facilities in the rooms?

We provide a minifridge, AC, coffee & tea, unlimited purified water, sleek robes, toiletries, hair dryer & iron available upon request, fluffy towels & cozy bedding.

Is there a TV in the room?

We don’t have any TV in the rooms as we encourage pure presence and connection with yourself & other people who surround you with love. We have fast wifi available to be accessed from everywhere in the property.

Is Shanti Boutique Retreat close to the ocean?

Yes, around 100m by foot. There are also bikes available to rent.

How close is Shanti to the airport?
Approximately 90 minutes by car, depending on the traffic and the hours you arrive.
