Welcome to Shanti Boutique Retreat. My name is Shannon Divall, and I am honored to share the story behind this special sanctuary. Shanti is more than a retreat; it is a manifestation of a dream born from courage, transformation, and a deep desire to create a space for personal growth and healing.
I grew up in Canada, surrounded by a beautiful home, a loving community, and a seemingly fulfilling life. Yet, deep inside, I felt a restlessness, as if my soul was calling for something greater. In December 2019, I visited Bali for the first time, and the moment I arrived, I knew this was where I was meant to be. Bali awakened something profound within me, but as the pandemic unfolded, I had to return to Canada and put my dream on hold.
During that time, I made a life-altering decision: I sold everything I owned and prepared to move to Bali without a clear plan, trusting my intuition to guide me. It was a leap of faith, both exhilarating and terrifying. Bali became my teacher, offering me the perfect challenges and lessons for my personal growth. I embraced every healing practice and modality that came my way, diving deeply into the journey of self-discovery.
This transformative experience planted the seed for Shanti Boutique Retreat. I envisioned a place where others seeking growth, healing, and connection could come together in a serene and nurturing environment. A sanctuary where they, too, could find the courage to listen to their inner calling and step into their full potential.
Today, Shanti is the embodiment of that vision. Every corner of this retreat has been crafted with love and intention to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself and discover the beauty of mindful living.
